If you are looking for luxury and a truly memorable stay, you have found the perfect property. Allow us to host you at our beautiful house, located in a quiet, safe residential road. Recently undergone a full refurbishment by a professional Interior Design Team, the house boasts beautiful decor throughout, with premium fixtures and fittings.

The house is stylish, sophisticated and elegant. Whether you're looking to stay for a family break, are contractors/exhibitors visiting the area for work, having a girlie get together or everything inbetween, you'll be met with a house that is wonderful and ready for you to enjoy. We are confident that you will love the sophisticated and tasteful design that runs throughout.
Each room has been carefully curated, aimed at our giving guests a comfortable and excellent stay. You can be sure that important details have been taken care of - in each room you will find beautiful bed linen with sumptuous pillows and duvets and blackout blinds - all to ensure you have a peaceful night sleep.
There is a fully-equipped fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, pots and pans, cutlery, crockery and dinner ware. Appliances include: gas hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, dishwasher, washing-machine, tumble dryer and fridge-freezer. Everything you need for a home from home experience.
Bedrooms have doors with locks, towels, iron and hair dryer. You can help yourself to the complimentary snacks laid out for you in the kitchen. Ironing board, tea, coffee, white and brown sugar and other sauces and spices are provided.
In the lounge diner, you'll find a large dining table and a huge 55 inch OLED smart television with Netflix for you to enjoy, and fast WiFi is provided.
There is a bathroom upstairs with a large shower cubicle, sink, toilet and bidet. On the ground floor there is another shower room with a shower cubicle, toilet and sink.
You'll be able to relax and unwind in the back garden which is a lovely, charming green space with lawn and luscious green plants and trees (with garden furniture in Summer). There is also a swing and slide for children under-10 to enjoy.
Entrance is via a keypad which allows you flexibility on your arrival time and means check in will be contact-free with no need for a meet and greet from the host. We'll give you the code to tap into the keypad at the front door so you can arrive when it suits you. There's parking on the drive for 3 cars (or 2 vans), with free on street parking directly outside the house for additional cars.
The house is in an excellent location - there's a local park 2 minutes walk away if you fancy a casual stroll, and a great range of supermarkets, takeaways and coffee shops within walking distance to the house. Less than 5 minute drive takes you to a great retail park with a huge Morrisons, Marks & Spencer Food, B&M Bargains and other stores. The house is only 5-10 minute drive to the centre of Solihull where you will find an excellent range of entertainment and shopping, including Touchwood with cinema and many restaurants. If you're interested in Birmingham City centre, then that is just 20 minutes in the car. All in all, the house really is in a top location!
Your booking would be for the entire property which can sleep up to 9 people in 5 bedrooms. The house is ideally located to serve as a base for anyone who is working in or around Birmingham or simply visiting the area, being close to Birmingham International Airport, the NEC, Jaguar Land Rover, Resorts World, the Bullring, Brindley Place, Grand Central, the NIA, Heartlands and Solihull Hospital and the Birmingham Mailbox, to name a few!
There are a wide range of attractions locally and plenty of surrounding historical towns and villages, including Stratford Upon Avon, The Costwolds and Warwick.
High chair and cot with bedding are available on request. Children's cutlery, plates and cups are provided, along with toys to entertain our younger guests.
We are happy to answer any questions you might have and are available to answer your queries within an hour, usually immediately. We want our guests to have a wonderful stay. There is parking on the drive for 3 cars and more free road parking if you need it.
To give you a stress free and easy check in, entrance to the house is by a 4 digit code which you will type in at the front door. The code will be messaged to you beforehand to use for the duration of your stay.

Solihull is a beautiful leafy town 10 minutes from Birmingham Airport and NEC and a short 15 min drive to Birmingham. Close to multiple supermarkets, parks and walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops and convenience stores. Excellent motorway links to all parts of England - M42 just 10 minutes away.
The property is within walking distance of Olton train station which has trains direct to Birmingham City centre and NEC and Birmingham Airport. There are great bus-links close by going into Birmingham City Centre and also the Airport/NEC
The outside front drive is monitored by security cameras. The only people allowed to stay at the house are those booked on the reservation. Extra people will be charged. Please ensure you book for the correct amount of people.
The rear garden is also monitored by security cameras but these are not accessed unless there is a specific security reason so you can be sure of upmost privacy.
Aside from the security cameras externally, there are are no other cameras inside the property whatsoever.
