All the rooms have been designed with the sole aim of giving our guests a wonderful stay - luxurious Egyptian Cotton, high thread count bed linen with sumptuous pillows, duvets and blackout blinds in the bedrooms, all to ensure you have a peaceful night sleep.
There is a brand new fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar for casual dining and cupboards full of everything you might need from pots and pans, cutlery, crockery and dinner ware.
Appliances include: electric Bosch hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, dishwasher, washing-machine, tumble dryer and fridge-freezer. Everything you might want for a home from home experience.
The bedrooms have locking doors, fluffy towels, iron and hair dryer. Ironing board, tea, coffee, white and brown sugar and condiments are provided.
In the lounge diner, you'll find a dining table and a huge 55 inch OLED smart television for you to enjoy, and superfast WiFi is provided. In the conservatory you'll find a large dining table looking out to the beautiful green back lawn and garden. The conservatory doors open up to the garden patio area where there is outdoor dining furniture with parasol.
You'll be able to relax and unwind in the large private back garden which is a lovely, charming green space with lawn and luscious green plants and trees.
Entrance to the house is via a keypad which allows you flexibility on your arrival time, so you can arrive at a time that suits you and means check in will be contact free, with no need for a meet and greet from the host. We'll send you the 4 digit code so you can let yourself in. There's parking on the drive for 3 cars, with free on street parking available for additional cars.
There's a great range of shops within walking distance to the house and also multiple supermarkets including Tesco, CoOp and Aldi, coffee shops, restaurants, takeaways, pharmacies and a lovely park with play equipment for children and BMX track.
A short 2 minute drive (or 15 minute walk) takes you to a fantastic retail park with a giant Morrisons superstore, Marks & Spencer, B&M Bargains and Gym.
The house is only 5-10 minute drive to the centre of Solihull where you will find an excellent range of entertainment and shopping, including Touchwood with over 70 shops, bars, cinema and many restaurants.
Booking this house means you will have it all to yourself, so you will only be staying with the people on your reservation.
The house is ideally located to serve as a base for anyone who is working in or around Birmingham or simply visiting the area, 10 minute drive to Birmingham International Airport, the NEC, Jaguar Land Rover and Resorts World. Birmingham City Centre is just 20 minute drive from the house where you'll find the amazing Bullring Shopping Centre, Brindley Place with beautiful bars and restaurants, Grand Central, Mailbox and the National Indoor Arena. Heartlands and Solihull Hospital are just around the corner from the house too.
There are a wide range of attractions and surrounding historical towns and villages, including Stratford Upon Avon, The Costwolds, Warwick, Peak District and Drayton Manor Park, all easily accessed from the house.
High chair and cot with bedding are available on request. Children's cutlery, plates and cups are provided, along with toys to entertain our younger guests.
We are happy to answer any questions you might have and are available to answer your queries within an hour, usually immediately. We want our guests to have a wonderful stay. There is parking on the drive for 3 cars and also plenty of *free* street parking on the quiet, safe residential road directly infront of the house for any extra cars.

Located in a quiet, family friendly, safe residential road in beautiful, leafy green, upmarket Solihull. Plenty of supermarkets, restaurants and coffee shops close by, both within walking distance and by car. Less than 10 minute drive to Birmingham Airport, NEC and Resorts World.
Just 20 minute drive to Birmingham City Centre. Excellent motorway links to all parts of England, with the M42 and M6 only 10 minutes away.
House is in an excellent location - walking distance to Olton train station and bus stops, and a few minutes drive to the NEC, Birmingham Airport and Resorts World. Birmingham City centre is just 20 mins by car.
The outside front drive is monitored by a security camera. This is to ensure transparency and adherence to Airbnb rules to monitor how many guests arrive to the house. The only people allowed to stay at the house are those booked on the reservation. Extra people will be charged. Please ensure you book for the correct amount of people.
Aside from the security cameras on the front drive, there are NO other cameras inside or outside the property whatsoever.
