This beautiful stylish ground floor guest house is ideal for anyone visiting Solihull and Birmingham for work or leisure. Ideal for a short stay or even a few weeks.

Located in a quiet, safe residential road with FREE on street parking right outside. It is attached to the side of a house with its own private entrance.
Once inside you will find a comfortable double bed, which sleeps 2 people and a sofa bed which you can unfold easily at night to sleep an extra person, sleeping a total of 3 people. We will provide extra bedding for the sofa bed.

There is a stunning brand new fitted kitchen with electric hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge. The cupboards have dinner plates, mugs, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans and all the little bits inbetween you might need. If you need a freezer please let us know in advance.
The spacious bathroom has toilet, sink and large shower cubicle, all in a beautiful fully tiled room with stunning large brass mirror.
The place has been interior designed throughout and has a stylish wow factor. In the evenings you can switch off the main lights, roll down the black out blinds and create a lovely ambience in the room by using the LED lights which run along the top of the slatted wall....or use just the wall lamp for mood lighting while you put your feet up in bed and relax watching the large wall hung TV.
This guest house might not be the biggest and most spacious, but what it lacks in size, it certainly makes up for in style and quality.
The bed is a storage bed so you can leave suitcases or bags in there during your stay. The doors and walls have hooks for your clothes and there is a clothes hanging rail with hangers to hang your shirts and coats.
